타이머를 통한 Rectangle 동작은 유지하되,

폼의 활성 / 비활성 상태에 따른 제어를 하도록 코드를 일부 수정하였습니다.

그리고 활성화, 비활성화에대한 이벤트를 추가하여, 타이머를 제어하도록 하였습니다.
